Susan Maryan serves at Great Plains Christian School as a dedicated educator and gifted reading teacher who brings patience, skill, and heart into every classroom she enters. She is known for her ability to connect with students and help them grow in both confidence and academic ability.
Susan graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s degree as a Reading Specialist. She taught in Dibble Public Schools until her retirement, spending her career helping students develop strong literacy skills and a love for reading.
She feels God led her to Great Plains Christian School because of her love for children and her desire to help them discover God, find purpose in life, and succeed in learning to read. At GPCS, she is grateful for the freedom to openly share about God’s love for every person while supporting students academically and spiritually.
